Welcome back to the Summer Term and we hope that you have had a good break over Easter. We are looking forward to a busy term ahead and please feel free to contribute any ideas to our topic list.
Unfortunately we are unable to use the hall for our Nursery session on Thursday, 6th May as it is going to be used as a Polling Station for the General Election. We would like to take all the children on an outing to Thrift Farm, Mursley on this day instead of closing the Nursery. Please see the attached letter and consent form for more details. Thrift Farm is also visiting us on Tuesday, 4th May when they are planning to bring a selection of baby chicks and ducks to the Nursery.
We are planning to have an Open Morning on Tuesday, 11th May between 10.30 a.m. and 12.30 p.m. when we would like to encourage friends and perspective parents to come along to have a look at our Nursery. Also Parent consultations will take place during the second half of term and appointment sheets will be put up in the foyer nearer the time.
Once the weather starts to warm up please do not forget to put sun cream on your child before they come to Nursery and they will need a sun hat. We will also be holding the Ducklings Sports Day and Teddy Bears’ Picnic on Thursday, 8th July at 10.30 a.m.
Thank you for your continuing support.
Yours sincerely
Julia Jack
